Our specialty: a soft, airy paste cut into squares, offering a subtle blend of licorice and natural vanilla.

This sweet has been made in our workshops since 1923, and the recipe has remained the same. The paste is spread on wooden trays, rests for 48 hours, then is cut into squares or strips.

Calorie-free and a natural prebiotic, gum arabic promotes the development of good bacteria. It is rich in fiber and has a high calcium content, beneficial for joints and bones.

INGREDIENTS
Gum arabic*, brown sugar*, glucose syrup*, licorice extract* (1%), natural vanilla flavor (0.3%). *Ingredients from organic farming. Certified by ECOCERT SAS F32600.
