Created in Montpellier in 1890, this sweet combines the benefits of licorice with the sweetness of honey.

The Greek naturalist Theophrastus already praised the benefits of this blend, which, according to him, helped heal ulcers, relieve dry coughs and prevent thirst.

Today, it is a natural sweet made with organic gum arabic from Senegal acacia, organic sugar, organic licorice extract and organic honey. It remains very pleasant to enjoy and is a natural soothing sweet for sore throats.

Calorie-free and a natural prebiotic, gum arabic promotes the development of good bacteria. It is rich in fiber and has a high calcium content, beneficial for joints and bones.
